What if all dogs have been sterilized?
(All pets dogs = show dogs, working dogs, etc.) Does you / neutral compulsory sterilization laws would be good or bad?

Did you know that over 70% of the animals that belong has changed? This type of euthanasia has been reduced by more than 25 million pets euthanized every year 2-4 million pets? That there are other reasons why pets are euthanized than "the lack of space, "and also took into account the total number each year?
