How I can draw Chibi anime?

At school, my friend (who is a girl) is really good at drawing chibi anime style and really want to learn. However, it will teach me and told me I can not draw (which is not entirely true) I do not know how to draw anime.I wondering where are some good tutorials and I found that all helpful.I'm not really focused mainly on learning facial features and hair.

Chibi can not be as stringent as those regularly hosts / manga but there are still little things to follow. The Chibi set of three heads up. The body is two heads high, and the head is (surprise) a head height. The face is the positioning usual features, but the eyes that all the space where the nose should be. Features remain relatively low, with loose hair in their eyes or above generally meet fair. Members are robust, but the body prproportionalo. The face may have a nose, but typically are not. If so, then it is very small and almost ununnoticeableThe the mouth is usually very weak and innocent, and in most cases hidden by a sort of do the most innocent character. The eyes are always wide-eyed in a hand and face forward and eyes half-edge width of the head. Help to navigate and watch tutorials deviantart on youtube or others. I suggest you deviantart some tutorials on YouTube are created by artists who believe their skill level sufficient to create a tututorial when not necessarily in the expectation that thinking. Try it and see your own style methods:)
