plastic jacket anime?

my husband asked me in the past to a plastic anime shirt, and I could never find one. I recently started searching again in vain. without a shirt on ebay or JSTOR (japanimation.com). I hope someone out there know where I can get one – any help is appreciated! and have done a search Google with different languages and many were unable to find not, so I'm at a loss guys! Thanks in advance. Animania do not think it is better business. All products actions have been out for over a week … I saw that last week too.
