What is your favorite album of the soundtrack to an anime or anime / movie?

Some animes seem to have exceptional music, This makes a great OST (soundtrack) The same. for non-Japanese anime series. Others have horrible music that make you want to crawl, and forget I ever heard. Tell me I can not seem to stop playing …. those who are constantly in your head. Bonus Q: What anime and anime series or movie has the absolute WORST band ever?

Anime: I love the soundtrack of Rurouni Kenshin. Anime OST is one of several I like more than two or three issues, although I prefer the instrumental tracks in most of songs with lyrics.
