Is this a bootleg anime series?

I just bought a DVD on eBay from a person in Malaysia. Authorities say they have a tag of authenticity government and that this is not a pirate. This person also has a rating of 100% of the sellers, but I'm not sure whether honestly or not. This is a cabinet includes the first four seasons of Digimon complete six discs. There is a still image of the plastic envelope and a sticker that says "2 in 1 Value Pack. I probably should have checked before I committed to buy, but it never occurred to me. The discs are all region and language is in Japanese with subtitles in English and Chinese.

I can tell you almost certainly are a pirate. There is no official version of the four seasons in the record that way. Chinese bootlegs are common on eBay, but with a sound legitimate sellers. If the subtitles seem a little strange when you read then this is the average Chinese pirate DVDs. Unless the company name, somewhere of the plateau and high image quality, it usually means it is a forgery. Also a whole which was officially estimated to cost about $ 100 so if you paid less than you could also say it is wrong.
