Where I can find and / or purchase rolls of writing?

All anime fans know what I mean when I say rolls. They have technology and information, and you see people who write all the time in many an anime. My question is: where the hell I can find parades like the one here in the real world? You can buy blank wall does not move and if so, where? In addition, there are versions of the posting of existing texts? Regardless of if they are Japanese.

Honestly, I think we can even make your own posting. The little easier. No longer obtain a document if you wish to make a very large / long roll, then it might be easier for them to buy.
