I eat ant eggs delicious Protien good, why not eat ants, formic acid, too?

or how many ants I can eat without reaction. I am not an aardvark or ant eater … Only eat their eggs tasty … as quail do. I put a finger dipped in them, then for blowing up the ants out (not hard to do). Try it! Nice-economic source of food. grub rock is good too.

Ants not contain formic acid-ant bites so bad. But I do not think there's enough acid in their venom, because they are so small. There is a big party every year in my city where people eat chocolate covered bugs, including ants, and no one had a reaction to my knowledge. But I suppose if you were a whole pot of live ants or something, which could cause a problem. Just do not eat a lot of them.
