Keeping the flag (Flag Twurlers) tote bag to carry their flag.?

Does anyone have clear instructions on how to make a bag to carry the flag of the guard of honor? I was hoping to be able to carry 5 1 / 2 and 6 in the main and perhaps a front pocket to hold the semifinals. Any help and I love you.
