How to remove paint and lacquer provide a plastic figurine?

I had the courage to try something new painting of a model of Bleach Ichigo (figurine plastic). I used poster paint the first layer, then covered with lacquer parties to shine a little. The result? It seems a little sticky. I would like some advice on how to remove all paint and gouache below. Oh, and maybe some tips on what paint to use instead. … Yes it was stupid.
