Ive created a book based on an anime (Elfenlied), I can publish?
Ive created a book page 500, with the help of a few other writers on the basis of the animated series Elfenlied. It follows the hypothesis of anime (14 episodes), but I've added new characters, some changes in diclonius, Lucy, etc to do so. Basically, I worry that I will not be able to publish without infringing copyright. I do not know how I could get in trouble for this If your publication. Use the names of the characters in the anime, and has the same basic ideals and the stage. Should I be concerned about this issue? No, you can not. No editor should not be touched, even a vanity publisher – is called into question whether people who own the copyright has gone down. You have no rights rights copyright, and can not publish things that you own the copyright. This is the fanfiction. Go on over to www.fanfiction.net – 454 other stories is published there, and it looks pretty active. There is no way of knowing how it will be received without knowing the fandom – Look down in many rewrites episode, particularly those with CO added to the mix, and I hope people make their own plots.
