I’ve seen this case before, and I wanted to cite it for someone, but I’m not finding it. Can anyone tell me what case that was?
I don’t want to prove anything; it just seems an important one to know & have on hand to share.
I know many people will say it doesn’t exist, but please I’ve heard that plenty of times. I’ve seen the case and I know they can lie under different situations, but I mean specifically under oath, in court.
