Card Captor Sakura and Tsubasa Chronicle??

Is there a relationship between them as Tsubasa is a chapter new card captor sakura 'coz have the same NAMS Shoran Sakura and they look the same, but in Tsubasa when remmember its infancy, is this. So Confuzed. Can you help me??

Clamp created two titles. this necklace has done is take characters from several of his works and put them all in Tsubasa, but was changed mostly. Sakura and the most remarkable man obvious, but her brother and her boyfriend are there, some people are more CCS, people X/1999, Chobits, etc. so I do not like, but they are the same people in CCS. In addition, Tsubasa, explained that they could not even meet the same people in different worlds, but even then it is not the same person. : P So there are people have been provided by a different series (such as RG Veda) and once in one volume, and later to the line in a different volume, another world.
