production animation cel info?! witch’s night out?
any one know where i can get my hands on a production cel from an old (1978?) cartoon special called WITCH’S NIGHT OUT? it was a rankin bass production i believe, and the cels weren’t painted the tradional way. if memory serves, i believe ink was used. anyway, if anybody has an info, it’s appreciated.
Use the site www.imdb.com first look up the film, if its not there do a google search and try to find out anyone who worked on it, a director and editor, something, then go back to the imdb site and look up that person, look at their latest work, and try snail mailing them a letter of interest, someone at that production company may be able to forward the mail on. The movie is so old, theres no telling how and if the cels are still around.
