These are rugs that come with frames is always assumed to be acid free?
I have an animation production and framed me I CEL same frame and mat I found at Walmart. Everything I read about the development CELS using acid free mat, but could not find a rug that says precisely free acid (or safe for the pictures … or anything really). Does the CEL right? Should I try to find another mattress elsewhere?
