old movie title?

i was looking to get a copy of an old movie me and my sister used to watch when we were younger. it would be a great gift if i could find it. i think the name of it was chuck jones private eye – or something along those lines. it stars all child actors and the lead was a detective called chuck jones? i obviously dont remember much. i do remember the bad guy was called the destroyer. and at the end, the main character stops a bomb by putting a lollipop stick between the hands on the clock attached to the bomb. so.. if that rings any bells..
ive done searches on the title ‘chuck jones, private eye’ with no results so that may not be it
