Where I can buy a cosplay costume?
I do not know how to make one! [Eeeeek] I live in Philadelphia, PA and I'm in school to attend an anime club in which we traveled to a convention this spring. Lol I have a [small budget!] And I want to go to this convention to come. If anyone knows how do a cosplay or know a shop that custom makes them, then please reply. Thanks! ~ Denise
