What is the proper way to clean a contact lens storage case?

How often should it be done?

First of, always make sure it is irrigated with sterile contact lens solution. Whenever you put your contacts in add some solution to make sure there is enough. If you can discard the solution in the case weekly that should be fine.Rinse thecase out with warm water. Rinse out with some contact lens solution and then irrigate it with solution before putting away your contacts.
