Advanced training for not only Abs and Core, but the full body

I received a question today of a sergeant who was looking for a high-intensity training work for the abs, core and whole body to have its team of 30 + soldiers to a new level of fitness for the PT test.

It basically says that men had reached a plateau in their training and need something very high intensity so that they move to the next level.

My answer is below … Note that I gave this training exercises with weight, which however, is very intense and for those seeking the maximum levels of fitness.

I said, keep in mind that if you're not at an advanced level, you can still use this by simply using the basic format of training, and do less exercise only to contend with, or choose an easier alternate exercise that is similar.

"Hi J ****. To get your soldiers to the next level in their training, let's keep the intensity very high here and use the entire body. the rest periods should be short, and full use of the body multijoint movements as much as possible.

I'll give you an idea of the murderer of training below that incorporates not only the abdominals and the world's leading, but the whole body and so intense. Not sure what (if any) equipment you have, so I'll give you a great workout that is based on body weight. Here is an example to their men through:

Start with a warming of 2-3 minutes of light jogging, skipping or jumping rope.

Then go through these exercises in the form of circuit, one after another with only 10 seconds rest between each (repeat the circuit 3-5 times for a killer workout in full):

1. Body weight squats – 12 reps

2. plyo pumps (applause) – 10 repetitions

3. walking lunges up 6 steps and back 6 steps

4. Climbers ground for 30 seconds

5. lunge jumps – 6 reps each side

6. extends the leg axes (ABS) on the floor – 12 reps

7. squat jumps – 8 reps

8. side plank hold 30 seconds one side, then 30 seconds later face

Rest 2 min after each circuit to repeat the circuit 3-5x

If you do not get the platform ready for the next PT test, nothing will!
