Any simple, easy to make anime cosplay costumes with a very tight budget w / little longer?

I am a former student level year university for 18 years and do not have much time on my hands as usual. My budget is $ 10 Thanks to my studies but I have a year tops, capris, and an iron hair. I have black hair w / red tint to it and I do not think I could re-dye. All ideas will be greatly appreciated. Links and / or images are too large.
