How much does it cost to fix a pocket watch?

I have a cosplay Fullmetal Alchemist pocket watch. A few weeks after he bought one of his hands was jammed and not take off. Still ticks and all, but the hand does not go anywhere. I will taken to a repairer of watches, but I would like an estimate of the cost.
