What should I cosplay as the character?
I need to find a woman of good character who does not bitch-ing to be held no (much skin) and is a pale Japanese / Korean. In addition, you must have short black hair, which is about 3 cm or two above his neck. (A little flexibility is allowed.) I'm not sure we can help you a lot. You are very specific and limited in what you want. If you do not buy a wig or anything of a suit, then your options are rather narrow. You might consider this type anime School Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei life. They have a lot of Japanese / characters Koreans looking statements that are fully dressed normally.
