Can a tailor fix this problem?

My girlfriend asked for a line of Halloween costumes and sent the wrong size. Them if off, even if it is shown that the errors given site on several occasions during an end … even when its size was ordered. I know I can fix a suit that is too large, but we can do something for something that is too small? She is very angry and I just want to fix it. I do not know how. Thanks!
