Transform your company name on brand name
It's easy to think that because you have a name, logo and slogan, has a mark. But the brand is only the first step in building a brand image. The name, logo and slogan are two dimensions in a world in three dimensions. And to become "real" for become the living, breathing, brand, companies must have three-dimensional attributes. In other words, they must possess the same qualities that people do – specific and consistent features that customers can easily identify, remember and relate.
This is where most companies are not responding. In an attempt to be all things to all people, have no identity. They are trying to compete on all levels … price, quality, service, selection and so on. Sounds like a good strategy, but almost always fails.
Why?
Because our minds are like little internal mail. The participants get the message, to sort and place them in their proper positions. Wal-Mart is cheap because the mailbox when we have to save money. Rolex is in the slot of the quality when you win the lottery and want to enjoy the best. Nordstrom fall into the category of services for when you want pampering. The more specific trait or characteristic, the easier to remember.
If when companies try to appeal to all, is the equivalent of knowing someone named "George."
George who? George Washington? George Foreman? George Jetson? Curious George?
If you do not have specific characteristics, identifiable, to be sorted, discarded and thrown in the mental junk room, not to remember.
Here's a hypothetical, but typical, for example. A group of businessmen enthusiasts want to build a sporting goods company. They want to succeed at all levels and win on all potential customers. So what it means to be at the top, the King of Hill, a company at the forefront … What else, but …
Summit Sporting
Let's say you now want a slogan. No wanting to be limited, develop a positioning "statement such as" We're more than sports. "The logo is a big" S "a triangle. Therefore, the opening of the store and the customer sees an ad that says
Summit … We are not just sporting "
What about society? Not much!
Let's say that another group of types of businesses together and decided to have all their marbles on the basketball team. They name of your company …
Slam Dunk!
… And his motto is "Score huge savings every day!" Which of these two companies going to remember? We can say that the first firm may have more choices and better prices … But how do you know? At least with the second company know what they say … Basketball Equipment for less.
To add to its new image, including "Hoop it up on Friday," where all the tables shoes are half price … board shows how many items were sold that day … buzzer goes off when the sale is advertised in the store. Now, the name begins to make an identity, a personality, a predictable … mark!
This mark can be improved by the addition of a jingle, using the corporate colors of the interior of the store, using the name in the product line (ie, Slam Dunk shoes), etc. If done properly, a client must be able to describe a society that despite describe a friend. Apple Think … clean, attractive, likes music, pleasure to work with, creative, innovative, etc. This goes beyond the name or logo of Apple.
If during the development of a society, Start with a great name, and then from there. Add personality that customers can recognize and remember. Owner of a location in their minds, rather than avoid. I know what you are instead what you feel the need to attract all potential customers. Then, be memorable, effective and real. And these qualities make a great brand.

Sing-A-Longs & Lullabies for the Film Curious George $5.19 Admit it: If you had to pick an artist to give voice to the wackadoo thinkings of a monkey beloved by most of the American populace over age 3, you could do a lot worse than Jack Johnson. Black Eyed Peas? Too hyper. Death Cab for Cutie? Too ironic. They Might Be Giants? Too eggheaded. Johnson, though the object of much rightful jealousy–here, after all, is a guy who only stumbled into music and v… |
