Both legs Workout Plan

This item will be the formation of my perfect training plan. This plan is based on two legs:

Leg straight-What are the work of other fans who devote their time and effort to write articles that give the knowledge acquired by many sweating, fatigue and difficulty breath, say that I do to gain size and strength in a balanced and symmetrical.

The left leg – What I love doing.

So How can I put aside all the things I hate and focus on the things I love?

I like to work more often than three days a week.

I hate working in the legs, especially squats, but I know I look ridiculous with a well-developed body top, boasted a pair of hockey sticks I call my legs.

I believe that vascular cardio workout gym or running in the streets of my hometown is a waste of valuable time and energy. I would not go in the area killed in a treadmill. What am I a hamster?

The same applies to bikes, the captains of the stairs, etc.

I hate working alone, but I have many friends, and the sound, I like to work in the period. Maybe I should give up the physical and the psychological approach on improvements that can lead to making friends and influencing people (work with me) Nah-

I hate not have a donkey, to better understand the very few exercise plan Effective Glute. I knew he was hurt when it was difficult to distinguish between my brief boxer, and my youngest just 12 years. I'm very happy now that I can finally do the difference, now 13, and his underwear is a little bigger.

I can not take hard-won's hand speed, and even worse for muscle size are lost once you get the weight of a couple of weeks, which always returns in a few months.

Every time I think I will start working again after a long hiatus, the first thing I do is bank. I needed physical therapist to rehabilitate my injury I have too many false start training. I would go in the basement and do a job good bank. No lines, no strip nothing to fight against the way in which the force of pressure that contributed to the bank. This eventually weakened my back and shoulders came to a point where, some months I had constant pain in my back between the shoulder blades. Oh, and pulling the shoulders,,, my wife put me on hold constantly as we walk together, stating your position, walk like Shaggy (Scooby-Doo) It took me a good physical therapist for eight sessions to get rid of the pain and get up, it's worth every penny,

Thus, number one on my list is the bank. Yes, I'll start with that, but then, I promise to continue with a complete training system. Stay tuned for future items, including a collection of expert advice that structure's ideal for me – to avoid the possible things I hate.
