What is binge eating?
In simple terms, compulsive eating is addiction to food. But more than overeating psychological effects on a person who feels guilty and shameful of eating too much. Bulimia nervosa is an eating disorder that is excess weight person, through a series of complications, both physically and mentally.
Compulsive Eating disorders affect a person's life and welfare of different ways. The worst situation which may be in danger is his life after his life is ruined socially and psychologically. Signs and symptoms
The first sign indicator is the compulsive binge eating to eat or eat without control. But after a self-satisfaction in the food, the same person goes through a strict diet, maybe even faster or jump food, participate in rigorous exercise and could be obliged to throw up, just remove the food he had eaten in his stomach. The use of laxatives after eating is another sign of compulsive eating.
Psychologically, compulsive eater becomes too preoccupied with their body weight, and tends to undergo change status mood and depression because of it. Physically, they are experiencing irregular periods and develop dental problems, stomach burns and swollen glands cheek. They feel bloated after every meal and can develop problems with drugs, alcohol or family.
Complications
Compulsive eaters eventually develop hypertension because of their weight concerns. They should also get tired easily, even after simple exercises and physical activities. Weight gain is manifest in them, while nausea and off. People tend to be compulsive eaters are also more vulnerable to developing diseases such as cancer, hypertension and diabetes.
Causes
Eater has many causes. Psychiatrists say that conflicts could arise from emotional, which makes the person turn emergency power in place. Professional help is needed for people diagnosed compulsive eaters. They have to consult a psychiatrist and undergo a series of therapy and counseling. Studies have shown that psychotherapy can treat compulsive eater, while the nutritional and medical advice. The counselors try to redirect attention a food and bulimic that solves their problems. With proper guidance, anyone can begin to address the problems instead of hiding under a pile food.
