Fate / Stay night Anime final?

I'm confused by the end of the anime Fate Stay Night /. In fact, at the end as Saber closes her eyes, Bedivere says, "You … King Arthur … pursue your dream?" Is this the return of Saber Shirou? If not, what is the plot in Ataraxia Fate / Hollow, which Saber and Shirou mean?
