What is a reasonable price to pay for figma / figures?

I live in Australia and I've seen some anime figures may be one or two stores, but are quite expensive. So I thought I could probably get them cheaper online. I was looking figma Kagami of Lucky Star, and was approximately U.S. $ 40.00 dollars or more. Then there is a Haruhi Suzumiya around $ 30.00 U.S. dollars. Is it reasonable price? And for bonus points – What is the proper figma inclusive price? I fully understand how some are "weird" than others, but still, to an international buyer I, around what price should expect to pay? 10 points for helpful answer! ^ _ ^
