Well, I'm not sure what you mean, but for the water they have some scales or fins like a siren, mainly in the form of an aquatic creature as a fish. For a tornado of wind, a cloud, the dim lights floating gas? Not sure I believe that the wings is a good idea, maybe the wind would be more in the form of four wings? Drag … I always think the wind is very hard to cut things? The Earth could be the soil, trees, leaves, wood, etc. I do not think lightning storm, or a Jolteon (Eevee evolved pokemon) lol. Hopefully that helps a little. =)
