How to Survive your Son Growing
I am always amused when I hear my complaint nieces strange things to your preteen. Fishing behavior the things that accidentally fell into the toilet and forget to wash their hands to catch a wasp nest with a stick situation seem to be short of great concern. The truth is it's not just the normal activities of young children, but are relatively benign.
My mother would have gladly traded places with one of them. Within ten years, which had caused considerable concern many lives. Of course, not purposely try to make your pain, I was in my own world, an experience life. To his dismay at a very early age, I discovered the snake and the effect it had on my sister and her friends. How were all loose in the house remains a mystery, but it was not my fault. Now escaped from the farm I kept under my bed scorpion in a box, was probably my fault, but no snakes.
I'm sure my mother this trade hornets nest fiasco that was eventually arrested at the age of nine to climb a fence restricted, where I was exposed to radiation. Oh wait, it would not work, do something Hornets also receive a dozen or more bites this life experience.
However, it is likely to opt another game with wasps instead of police time in the Navy shipyard in San Francisco took me back in clothes smoldering. Apparently, some of the flares that night my friend and I found buried in the landfill base was defective. How do we know that some may explode and take their clothes on fire? And honestly, what nine years, believes that the eruption of the filming of the Bay was something that could alter the basic policy?
No doubt my mother could not take all concerns and fears of my four nieces collectively, sharing their experiences in "that day." In our family "that day" is a similar day at Pearl Harbor, which will live in infamy in our memories. It was the day he shot the greatest trick Bonehead of my young life.
We lived in Vallejo, California, and I was in fifth grade. One afternoon my friend suggested we go to the mountain by the Napa Valley, California, instead of going to school the next day. Somehow, in my young mind, which seemed a great idea and had planned to go home the same time the nozzle was in school, we thought it would be wiser.
Anxious go, my friend, me and his younger brother got up before dawn and proceeded. I do not think my mother missed the breakfast because it is rare that the first rose. So we were ready to travel and go it did.
The crossing of the valley has been much longer than our minds with experience fifth year had imagined. There were a dozen streams that we had to cross, commonly called "swamp" in this part of the country. In fact, he was late afternoon when we reached the other side of the valley.
Wet and cold our repeated passage of the mud, who thanked the heat of the sun that have climbed the mountain coveted, which incidentally had significantly increased higher in our approach. Somewhat important, was the adventure that awaits us, and we went forward.
We really enjoyed our time, even when he was captured in a hole like quicksand, and I was bitten by a snake not identified, in retaliation for the seizure by the tail. Unfortunately, the sun was falling quickly to the Heaven and although we knew that there was a prayer to go home around the time school is out, he quickly slipped back into the swamps.
Much time after the night finally came last channel and quickly have it, but our attention was diverted towards a concussion in a local lake. There were police cars, ambulances, fire trucks, new equipment and several hundred people gathered at one end of the lake. There were men in boats on the water and search lights beaming with large trucks. It seemed almost like a carnival.
We rushed to the lake to see what was happening. I saw one of my friends riding Also on his motorcycle as he saw the commotion. "I yelled" Hey Billy, Billy Hey, what happens? Billy turned to me and his face turned pale. He told me enthusiastically "Gary, what are you doing here?" You're a disaster. Your mom and dad and the whole neighborhood was looking all day. It dragged her into the lake body. You were my friend! "
Now, I was pale. I would go home, but Billy told me that I need to take because there was no reward for information about me and wanted. I was tired anyway, I agreed to give me a ride.
We arrived at my house and all I remember is the cry My mother let out. I've never been kissed so hard in my life. For a moment I felt like the world's most beloved child. Unfortunately, this feeling was fleeting. All that relief is my mother in me thought quickly dissipated and was replaced by anger, perhaps even anger.
I felt then the child as the most hated in the world as my mother scolded me using language unbecoming of a Marine. I know that to be true, because my father was a seaman at the time, a chief of the Navy, and was a grimace words out of his mouth.
I think maybe my parents seen too much wrestling in those days, because when my mother in me exhausted her vocabulary, she sort of "tags" to my father and jumped inside and resumed. I imagine he knew some words of my mother, after all.
The conclusion is that a very bad end to a day very big for me. I had not thought about the impact it would have my absence of my parents. There was maliciously or fraudulently. I was only a life experience and have a good time.
If mothers, if your child seems to be far the impact of their behavior on others, I think this is nothing to worry about in terms of their social adaptation. There are strange and inadequate. They are only children, and at this age, we can accept that boys will be boys. There is simply no way around that.
The next time your child does something you think is strange that measures the behavior of my mother had to endure. It may not seem so bad after everything.
