95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Transmission line leak?

The transmission is leaking fluid. The drip appears on the transmission coolant line near the transmission pan, not by the radiator. The leak doesn’t seem to be coming from the connections to the transmission. Is it possible those lines could have a pin hole leak? Are they steel or aluminum? Thank you.

Your best bet would be to pinpoint the leak (quite possibly a pinhole in the STEEL cooler lines) using a UV dye. Dye can be found at your local auto parts store, as well as a UV lamp. Cut out the affected section, and patch it with the appropriate sized TRANSMISSION line (don’t use fuel line, may not be rated for high enough pressure), and you’re good to go.
