Can anyone tell me what these FMA clips are from?

I found this Fullmetal Alchemist AMV on youtube and i have NO idea where the clips came from. I thought i’d seen every episode. Was it some Japan exclusive thing? It seems unlikely since the captions in some parts are in Spanish, i believe.
Can anyone help me?

It’s from an OVA, something only officially released in Japan. According to Vic Mignogna there have been some talks about releasing them in the US.

They are not Canon to the story at all.
