Why Japanese anime characters always unrealisitic hair color?
I understand that many of them have their hair dyed, but what Naruto about Jiraiya? He had white hair all her life, and is a pretty safe bet he does not dye. Why anime / manga creators feel the need to do this? Okay, but these characters are supposed to at least a little unrealistic, and not just as a Bugs Bunny cartoon.
I do not know, maybe give more originality to their characters, to show that there are common. Or is it possible that the colors have a meaning in Japan, too. Sakura's hair is pink as cherry blossom, and perhaps its name because it blooms and becomes stronger as the story progresses. If so pure white settlement, Jiraiya is not really pure, lol.
