Mega Man is an animated series TV co-between Japan and the United States and is based on the video game series of the same name. It was created by Ruby-Spears Productions and written and animated in Japan by Capcom itself themselves. The series began in 1994 and ended on December 10, 1995 (the series was released in Japan and America, at the same time) and aired on many syndicated stations at the time. Two seasons were produced with a third planned but never realized.
Plot
Dr. Light and Dr. Wily were brilliant scientists in the field of robotics, who worked together in a laboratory trying to advance science. One day, they completed a highly advanced prototype, but shortly after its activation, began to destroy the laboratory. Dr. Light immediately believed that the orientation of the prototype system that Dr. Wily had personally planned, was the source of the problem and the conclusion that of initiation. Angry Dr. Wily attempted to steal the plans later that night, but Dr. Light catches him. Wily is able to fly the planes after knocking down Dr. Light, and goes to what is apparently an abandoned area, and modifies the old robot prototype Proto Man
Later, Dr. Light built the Rock and Roll, advanced robots personalities, with Ice Man, Guts Man, The Man and the Court. Dr. Wily and Proto Man go flying robots, reprogramming of the following three robots and henchmen. Dr. Wily is trying to reprogram Rock and Roll to his lab later, but Rock decided to fool Dr. Wily. He tells Dr. Wily that Dr. Light has also built "Super robot warriors," and if Rock and Roll was let go, he will tell you how to defeat spam. Rock uses this lie (Dr. Wily believe robots can not lie) cause a distraction and escape with Roll. Dr. Light decides to reprogram and reoutfit Rock Mega man, so it keeps the world safe. This story is told in Episode 1 "The Beginning".
Throughout the episodes, counteracts Wily Mega Man different systems, similar to that of the "Super Friends" usually ends with acts such as Rush Scooby Doo.
History
Mega Man starred in a cartoon style Saturday morning that the first in 1995. The show was done by the animation company Ruby-Spears, who redesigned the characters of Mega Man games video in different degrees.
