Is Kuromi part of all the Hello Kitty characters?

on both sanrio websites where you can see the characters Kuromi, the gothish one isn’t there, even when you go to see all. why??

I’m a Sanrio and Kuromi fan.
Yes, Kuromi is an official Sanrio character, but Sanrio never list all of its character, they mostly show there most famous ones. Kuromi began to get famous like last year in Japan because of the series “Onegai My Melody”. She’s becoming famous this year mainly because Hot Topic is selling her merchandises.
