for the person that wrote about a cat with swollen lips….?

i just want to mention that my aunt has a cat that had a swollen lip problem, his lips were continuously ulcerated and no matter what we tried to give him (antibiotics, etc) he had the problem. Finally, a vet suggested that he had an allergy to the plastic bowl (she was feeding him in an old frisbee) and we started using stainless steel bowls. If you still have the kitty, try changing his dinnerware and see if that helps.
