I want actual weight, not cosplay. Leg weights need not be bulky. Instead of sand for weight, maybe a flat metal
Go to a blacksmith. Do a little at school. You can not buy them anywhere. Regular weight pilots use. There is a maximum 2 kg on each foot, at least to my knowledge. I have two sets.
