What is Code Geass: Zero Requiem OVA?

I know about Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2. What i would like to know about is Zero Requiem OVA.
I have been hearing from different sources about a new series thought to be made.
I would like to have as much information on any third season of Code Geass, please. Also, if you have any thoughts or proof as to Lelouch being alive i’d like to know that too.

As you can see, C.C or C2 is wearing the dress she had on when she was lying in the cart at the end of the second season, when she said “Right, Lelouch?”

i dont know about a third season but i hope it happens.i think lelouch is alive.

proof:c2 was talking to him at the end.he got a immortality code from charles.proved when nunnally touched his hand and saw everything.jerimiah(a,k,a orange boy) smiled and said “go fourth dark knight” when suzaku jumped over him.orange boy would not let him kill lelouch.i think the person who was stabbed was lelouches and nunallys maid.remeber she switched places with them a few times.
