Breakfast-1 / 2 cup black beans 2 / 3 cup peas 110cal 70 CAL whole wheat toast 110cals 1 1 / 2 cup fiber one cereal 60calories dry (14grams fiber too! 57%) lunch bag pretzels 2 110calories snack packs a sweet grapefruit and lemons Bass 0 CAL 4 with a dinner plate of salt black beans and green peas 200 100 CAL (at breakfast) 1 / 4 cup 80cals PST Cal (12 grams of protein) per day extra drinks, and ate like 20 pieces sugarless today (it helps me stay focused in class, do not ask) 4 og Green tea cups warm throughout the long day of tons of water !!!!! 1 cup of decaffeinated coffee and ate a load 8:00 pm my stomach hungry Wana but I do not eat too late at night and instant messaging on a system that I go to bed early or what ?????????????????????? ?????? and do you think I ate ??????? ok by the way im 15 years old, vegan, 5, 122 pounds or gums EW !!!!!! CAL R 5 each 20 x 5 = i 100cals wednsdays Mondays and Fridays only does today exersice

5 feet and 122 pounds is not "big" for everyone! It seems to work hard to eat healthily. For my part I could not imagine eating beans and peas for breakfast, but I'm not a huge appetite in the morning. What makes you hunger is the lack of proteins. I heard that the lack of protein is a problem for many because most vegans protein foods are meat. The grains are proteins, and I suppose that is why you eat. PST also contains 12 grams of protein … is good, but you ate for dinner. I would try to eat a lot of your protein from morning to spend the day. I do not know how a vegan for you, but it is an idea to supplement with cheese. You can also try a handful of strawberries bananas (can use any fruit for that matter), but add a serving of vanilla protein powder. Protein powder gives long-term energy, and the aroma vanilla shakes really delicious! Just some ideas … Good luck and I hope tomorrow you feel full!
