What are the best things to have in a lunch bag? (for a 15 year old boy)?
I want to have a healthy and balanced lunch bag at school but I don’t know what to have. Any suggestions or good websites will be greatly appreciated.
Some fruit, wholemeal or seedy style roll or andwich maybe with a very light spread, properly cooked meat of some sort the less processed the better with some lettuce, etc, maybe a piece of celery, whole carrott, or combo of the same sort. Try a boiled egg or maybe some of his favourite treats (only a few). Dont include any cordial or high sugar based fruit shoot style drink, no crisps no mater how low they claim to be, away with biscuits etc.
