Bad for making proteins less than 18 years?
My question is? First, why is shown on all containers of protein that protein is bad for people under 18. As what can happen or what. I hope at least not increase growth in the year. My parents I am bigger and larger than the body in my almost all classes. I want to stay high and continue to grow. Im 15. Im a boy. Im not overweight. I am a healthy weight. Im having a soy protein shake every morning for breakfast. It is a bowl of soy protein powder that you add to your drink, that my case, I can add to my beat, and then 18g of protein. And then I eat regular meals, dinner and snacks. Exercising on a treadmill 30 minutes and 15-30 minutes on the bike.
Not bad for people under 18 years but some protein powders are so rich in protein you can get too. And too much protein is bad for the kidneys and probably other things. As Therefore, the logic of what I say is that people under 18 must be controlled so that they do not become too much.
