If I get a Jason mask while I sleep, away from my nightmares?
Lately, my dream has been characterized by a large number nightmares. I can sleep for a couple of hours and several packaged CRAM nightmares in my sleep. It's like Stephen King, "Creepshow." WTF? Any good solutions or home remedies to solve this problem? Some dreams are pleasant to the history and creativity involved. Some dreams, however, are pure boring.
