What do I have to do this and where I can get the material?
Well, this October, I think to dress up as Kamen Rider Kiva, and walk around the city, and local Wal-Mart and the center for fun. However, because there are places I can for the costumes, I'm asked to Kiva Henshin Belt DX to then create the costume from scratch. But I need to know what materials I need to make it look authentic and where I can obtain these materials.
