Healthy Lunchbox Bento or recipe?

Tried to make healthy meals at home for my husband and I to take to work with us once a week. I am looking for ideas for proteins (mainly meat, poultry, fish (tuna), Turkey) that are the size of a lunch box and requires no heating or can be easily reheated in the microwave.

I like to make cold pasta salads like this: bow tie pasta (cooked) throw in the broccoli in the last 2-3 minutes of cooked chicken breast and tomatoes for cooking bacon cherry black olives participate in certain non-fat ranch or Italian dressing with a little grated parmesan cheese or cheddar and what we need are some ways thrown in.
