Honestly, I’d say this is a good pair. I’ll explain why.

Venus and Mars indicate compatibility more so than the other planets. Venus is the goddess of love (and money). Femininity. Venus will represent what you look for in love. For a man, the placement of Venus in his chart will tell you what type of woman he’s attracted to. Venus in your chart will tell you what type of man your attracted to.

Mars is the god of war. He represents the passion in love. Masculine. Where Mars is, in his chart, will determine what qualities ignite his passion. Same for the female.

Once you determine what sign they are in, then take it a step further and look at what element the sign is. Water, Air, Earth, Fire.

Look at where Venus is situated in both of your charts – Scorpio. This is interpreted to mean that you both are attracted to the same types of individuals.

Now, look at where Mars is in both your charts. Sag and Leo. These are two very compatible signs. They are both fire signs and share similar passions regarding love.

What can you do to win him? I don’t know for sure, but I can shed some light on the male Sag characteristics.
