Nostalgia Ninja Turtles
Remember that turtles? Was not it great? In the 80s, were almost all for me. Les and Nintendo. Oh yeah! They defined my young life.
Therefore, it is not surprising when I was about 8 years I wanted to actually be a ninja more than anything the world. The other children wanted to be a fireman, police, professional wrestler, cowboy, Indian, etc, not me, I just wanted to be a ninja.
Unlike other professions possible, there was a genuine preparing someone could give me a ninja. Often, I remember being discouraged to try this career particular. These people "Unthinkers" I called today, the reality is often cited as one of the main reasons this can not be done. I did not hear, and seen the cartoons closely to see how the Ninja Turtles are what they are.
Finally, my wish was fulfilled. In the reconstruction of what could of unrelated cartoons and comics, I learned that toxic sludge is why the Ninja Turtles came to be. toxic sludge? No problem for a child 8 years!
I knew I had to swallow the substance to become a ninja. I did not know it was dangerous. I think that, whatever its original purpose is a side effect like mutant turtles is quite impressive. Thus began the search. I started to carefully inspect various food to see what was the same color as the neon green toxic sludge. Well I realized pretty quickly that I could not find any food that has that particular color. Frustration installed, and in a last ditch effort, I approached my mother, who was well aware of my search. I asked him to give me any kind of green food neon or drink, he could, saying it was "research", but he knew it. Mothers always know.
She followed suit, but I have green jelly. I ate and immediately (the power of the mind at work) felt its effects. Some could take on the world and I wondered if my shell I think was the house, saying goodbye to my family, because after all, a ninja must live in the sewers. I decided for one more night at home, to love the good old times.
The next day at school, put on my Ninja Turtle Halloween costume, many thought it was odd, because the way it was April. Also packed some things in my backpack, but I thought I meet other Ninja Turtles in the sewers, and take care of me and I train. Besides, I did not know that, in addition pizza, ate a Ninja turtle.
In retrospect, my fall was the final nunchuks plastic comes with the suit. A boy began to bother me to use my Ninja Turtle costume, so I knocked on the head with nunchuks.
Of course, I was sent to the principal's office. I explained the situation to him and contacted my mother. End of my Ninja Turtle days.
The kicker is that my mother admitted that he had perpetuated the fantasy and the director knit me really frown on this. Sorry mom!
