How I can do naruto ninja shoes?

I need to know how to make a couple of Naruto Ninja shoes.I not want to buy, because of eBay and other online stores are cheap, and disintegrate. I need someone to give me a link on how to make shoes, do NOT buy a suit them.I Uchiha Sasuke, and the shoes have dropped apart.So need a link to a sample that explains how to act or to the best answer get 10 points!
