How would i go about distributing a new organic soft drink line to the south region?

im doing a project for my sales force management class. The company was founded in seatte. Its privately owned and worth 26 million. i need to figure out the best way of trying to distribute the drink in the south. (this info is made up)

I would suggest the best way is to use an established outlet.

If you are wanting to sell the drink for immediate consumption someone like MacDonalds or KFC

If you are wanting to sell it for later consumption at home – who better than Walmart but you could try “Fresh and Easy” who are trying to establish themselves in the USA (Its the American side of Tesco UK) who would be more likely to look at a new product.

Of course if the drink is suitable you could try both approaches
