Balsa Foam?
Has anyone worked with a product called "pond foam? I love the construction of vinyl or resin figure kits and some magazines, I read suggest using the foam to balsa wood base. Apparently, it is gentle enough to be carved and chiseled but rigid enough to stand in time and can be painted. I have not found a job or a hobby shop that has heard about it, but I found sites online that carry it. In any case, if he had tried all foam raft curious and can give me a yes or no use.
