Could someone tell me how to get results very quickly during exercise?

I'm trying to make a small figure, no tone very important muscle. I know it sounds weird, but I do not know any other way to explain it. Basically, I would be fine. I do not want big muscles, but I do not want be fat or thin, really. Only in form, and of course, healthy. I am thinking especially of buttocks, thighs, hips and chest. I want a small hill, small legs, small hips, and I want my breasts reduced significantly. I'm a size D, it would be much less than that. What I can do? = (And yes, I am a girl if you have not thought of that already.

All these "problem" areas due to their diet. If you eat whole foods and natural foods, your body must begin to pay the fat from these areas. And do not cut fat from your diet. You need fat (not McDonald's orders, but things like olives, lawyers, etc.) to burn fat from your body. And for work outs, go out and register for yoga classes at your local YMCA or other fitness facilities. Please aerobic exercises and other kickboxing.
