What key is the underscore ( _ ) on a cell phone?
Need to use an underscore when texting & entering email addy’s to my cell phone. Only I can not find an underscore on the key pad, or in the symbles. Do I simply leave a space where and underscore is used?
The phone being used is a Samsung Sync. – How do I get the full range of smbles to show.. I can press the 1 key, but it only has a few. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Had to download the manual, here is the solution what you have to do is to use the Symbol Input Method (refer page 49 at section 5, Entering text)
1. To enter symbol mode press and hold the ‘# – Mute’ key.
2. Use the Navigation keys to select an on screen symbol group.
3. To select a symbol from that group, press the corresponding number key.
4. To clear the symbol(s), press the ‘C’ key. When the input field is empty,
this key returns the display to the previous mode.
5. To return to your message, press the OK soft key
